Client Information
The Client Information module enables you to have
an extensive, I/DD-specific, client data-tracking system. This powerful
database records and tracks a multitude of information about clients. Module
highlights include one point of reference for all agency personnel to record
and report pertinent information about clients. Advanced features allow
users the ability to create their own data-tracking fields to handle
agency-specific needs. All client data is reportable in a variety of formats
using the report writer.
Integrates with the ProviderPro© Client Billing & Client Banking
Modules
Client Information acts as a standalone module to record and report on
client data. It can also integrate with other modules to perform client
billing and baking functions. Client data is shared between all modules to
eliminate double data entry.
Centralized Database Eliminates “Information Pockets”
This module effectively eliminates individual pockets of information by
providing one database that serves all staffing needs. No longer will each
of your employees maintain their own file of client information. Improve
communication regarding clients throughout your organization by storing all
information in one convenient database.
Reportable Data
All information stored within the Client Information module is
reportable. Some of the most commonly run reports are incorporated within
the software itself. Agency-specific reports are accommodated within Crystal
Reports Print, email, create mail merges, or publish reports to the Internet
for your staff to view!
